General Provisions
1.1 Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the l3444 platform ("Platform") and all its services, games, betting markets, and promotional offers. By accessing the platform or using any part of it, you enter into a legally binding agreement with these Terms.
1.2 Parties
In these Terms, "we", "our", or "l3444" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You", "user", or "player" refers to any individual registered on or using the platform.
1.3 Language & Interpretation
These Terms are drafted in Bengali. If any dispute or ambiguity arises regarding any part of these Terms, l3444's interpretation shall be considered final. Section headings are for reading convenience only and do not form part of any legal interpretation.
1.4 Relationship with Other Policies
These Terms should be read together with l3444's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus terms. Those policies form an inseparable part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the terms specific to a particular bonus or promotion shall apply.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on l3444, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Register under your own identity — registering on behalf of someone else or under a fictitious identity is prohibited
- Provide complete and accurate information
- Be able to comply with applicable laws and regulations
2.2 One Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual will be considered "multi-accounting" and is a serious violation. In such cases, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the l3444 support team immediately.
2.4 Updating Your Information
If any information provided during registration changes, you must inform l3444 as soon as possible. l3444 is not responsible for payment delays or account issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
Identity Verification (KYC)
3.1 Verification Requirements
l3444 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3.2 Required Documents
When requested, you may be required to provide any of the following documents:
- Valid government-issued identity document (National ID card, Passport)
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account screenshot)
3.3 Failure to Verify
If required documents are not provided within the specified time, or if information does not match, l3444 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
All funds deposited to l3444 must be your own and sourced from a legitimate origin. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. The deposited amount will be credited in your account's currency (BDT).
4.2 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless an exception applies under the circumstances.
4.3 Withdrawal Suspension or Rejection
l3444 may suspend or reject a withdrawal in any of the following situations:
- KYC verification is incomplete
- Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
- Suspicious activity has been identified
- A technical verification process is underway
4.4 Bank Transfers
For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply. Transfers are possible to Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, and other scheduled banks.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The l3444 welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, resulting in a total balance of ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not to the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳25,000 (= 1,000 × 25) in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
- Cash withdrawal is not possible from a bonus balance before the wagering requirements are met
- At l3444's discretion, certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering
- If bonus abuse is suspected, l3444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus
5.4 Other Promotions
l3444 may offer additional promotions, cashback, and VIP rewards from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will apply alongside these general terms.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Responsibility for Betting Decisions
All betting and gaming decisions on the platform are entirely your own. l3444 never guarantees the outcome of any bet. l3444 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from gaming.
6.2 Validity of Game Results
All game and betting results are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method. If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, l3444 may declare that round void.
6.3 Sports Betting
Odds published for sports markets may change temporarily. If an event is cancelled or postponed, l3444's separate sports policy will apply. A placed bet is not considered confirmed until it has been accepted.
6.4 VIP Program
l3444's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. Progression to higher tiers depends on regular activity.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Technical Misuse
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for advantage
- Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geo-based restrictions
- Any cyber attack on the platform's servers or network
7.2 Financial Misuse
- Attempting money laundering or processing illegal funds
- Withdrawing funds through chargeback fraud or raising payment disputes
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent of claiming multiple bonuses
- Using a third party's card or mobile banking account
7.3 Social Violations
- Harassing, offensive, or threatening behavior toward other players or staff
- Operating an account using false information or by fraudulent means
- Publishing or distributing platform content without l3444's permission

10.3 Third-Party Content
The platform contains content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe). These providers' own terms and conditions may apply, and l3444 is not responsible for any technical errors on their part.
Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Closure by l3444
l3444 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Evidence of fraud or deception
- Suspected violation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy
- Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
11.2 Closure by the User
You may request the closure of your account at any time. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance (free of bonus conditions).
11.3 Balance After Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a violation, bonus balance and bonus winnings may be forfeited. The legitimate cash balance of an account closed at the user's own initiative will be returned.
Amendments & Revisions to Terms
12.1 Right to Make Changes

12.2 Acceptance of Revised Terms

12.4 Partial Invalidity of Terms
If any clause of these terms and conditions is declared invalid by a court or authority, all remaining clauses, excluding that clause, shall remain fully in effect.
